Every order is carefully handcrafted, packed, and prepared with care. Because many of our products are handmade or made to order, processing times may vary depending on the size and customization of your order.

Processing Time

Most standard orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after your order is placed.

Please note that processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or the shipping carrier's transit time.

Bulk & Custom Orders

Large bulk orders, corporate gifts, event orders, and highly customized products require additional production time.

The estimated processing and shipping timeframe for these orders will be provided on your order confirmation, invoice, or receipt. If additional time is needed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and your selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Boxed Gems is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be resent.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Boxed Gems is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we're happy to help you file a claim or locate your shipment whenever possible.
