Products & Availability

Many of our products are handmade or made to order. Due to the handcrafted nature of our items:

• We reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value if a specific component becomes unavailable while maintaining the overall quality and theme of the gift.

Order Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

Boxed Gems reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is canceled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not already begun.

After this period, cancellations and changes cannot be guaranteed because many products begin production shortly after an order is placed.

Shipping

Most standard orders are processed within 3 business days.

Processing times for custom, personalized, or bulk orders may be longer and will be communicated on your order confirmation or invoice.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier. Boxed Gems is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other events beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Personalized & Custom Products

Personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for each customer and are considered Final Sale.

These items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or an error was made by Boxed Gems.
